Password, Profile and Accessibility
Password
Forgot Password
If you have forgotten
your password, use the 'Reset' link.
It will ask you to enter
your e-mail address.
Change Password
To change your password
if you are signed in, click on your Profile/Initials Icon (top right) and
'Change Password'.

This will take you to the
Change Password section in your Profile.

Profile
View Profile
Click on your
Profile/Initials Icon (top right) and 'View Profile'.

In your profile you have
two areas, Manage Profile and Watchlist.
Manage Profile
Manage Profile has
information for your: User, Contact Details, Location / Timezone / Date and
Time formats, Profile Deletion.

If you change your
contact Information, then it will update your contact details on our system.
If you try to change your
email address, you will get the below notification.

Note:
Updating your contact details, won't update the
information on already created tickets too, so please create a Ticket with the
Account / Contact classification letting up know to check and update them.
Example below.

You should put the
Product Name in as 'Quick Dynamics - Support Portal'.
To find and select this
product, change the list to 'All Product' and use the right arrow at the bottom
to get onto the next pages with it on.

Watchlist
Details what Knowledge
Base and Users you are following.

For instance, if there's
an article you like to refer to, you can follow it to find it easier.

Accessibility
The Customer Portal also
has a load of Accessibility Settings, found using the person Icon next to the
Profile Icon.
